Celebrities are an intriguing bunch, to be honest. While on one hand, they live their lives knowing all their actions are being documented, at the other their antics sometimes lead us to believe that maybe they aren’t even aware that they’re being watched.
One of these famous individuals is a name that pretty much everyone has heard at some point in their life. The man isn’t just famous because of his work, but also for the baggage filled with endless controversies he carries around. It’s none other than Justin Bieber.
After being introduced to the world at such a tender age, it’s safe to say that Justin Bieber has practically grown up in front of our very own eyes. But that’s not always a good thing. We have seen him mature into the man he is today, but we’ve also seen every wrong he’s ever done.
To be fair, every teenager makes stupid mistakes, but nobody knows about them. In Justin’s case, every single thing was front page news, which makes me feel sorry for him. But regardless, he’s lived through it and is coping with it pretty well.
New music, tours and an endless supply of money, Justin pretty much has it all. And it’s only natural that when you have everything you need to find something to chase. And in recent years, that ‘something’ for Bieber has been getting tattoos.
We get it, some people do have an obsession with getting inked, and there’s nothing wrong with it. Thousands of people get inked daily, but when you’re a certain someone with millions of followers, such actions do tend to make you the hot topic for pretty much every tabloid in the world.
So without any further ado, take a look at the famous singer’s tats. Surprised, right? Well, so is everyone. Justin Beiber introduced his tattoos to the world through Instagram and sent the world into a frenzy. His latest ink is the most controversial out of all of them. Justin has been getting tattoos for the past couple of years now, but this one takes the cake.
Social media platforms were amazed when Justin debuted his whole inked arm to the public. But this time it gets worse, in a very good way if that makes sense. He recently got a tat that covers his entire front torso, with a caption saying ‘Son of God’. The tat is massive and covers most of his front pose, leaving hardly any skin exposed. Once he uploaded pictures and videos of his latest stunt, he was almost unrecognizable. Yes we know, it’s not on his face, but when you’re someone who’s known for roaming around shirtless, it makes a huge difference.
Sure it looks good, but only people with tattoos know the kind of effort that goes behind pulling something like this off. And Justin is not one to keep secrets. He proudly admitted to the world that it took him 100 hours to get inked. 100 HOURS. Now that is what I call being committed.
In an Instagram post of unveiling his newest addition to his body, he said,
If tattooed didn’t hurt everyone would have them. Well maybe not very one!! Over a hundred hours of hart work on my body and I wouldn’t take back a single one..I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ART AND IVE MAde my body a canvas and it’s SO MUCH FUN (sic).
Justin is a lot of things, but after that post, another thing we know is that he’s not much of a fan of the proper use of grammar. But we don’t judge. Surprisingly, there was a positive reaction from the fans online, with people complimenting Justin and gushing over his new look. Weird, considering that he’s always under criticism regardless of the action. A fan even tweeted that Bieber’s latest antic gives her the confidence she needs.
Another fan tweeted that,
But things go to the next level when the tattoo artist himself is in disbelief over what he has just done. That’s how you know you’re a badass, and one look at the tattoo, you’ll say the same thing. Turns out Justin is a beast in reality. When the world thought of him as something of a fragile singer, he’s gone out and proven that he isn’t.
He got inked from a man who goes by the name of Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy. Keith himself uploaded a picture of Justin on his Instagram. He captioned it saying that
26 hours over 3 consecutive days is the most I’ve ever tattooed anyone in my 13 year career. You’re tough as nails man!
All in all, there is no use denying that Justin’s new ‘paint job’ looks good. It actually looks pretty cool. David Beckham would be proud since the man has been the embodiment of celebrity tattoos for some time now. We wonder what Justin will do next, a whole leg maybe? Who knows, only time will tell.
